1. CONTRACT TERMS ACCEPTANCE

The following forms are a legal agreement between you and Wmart, Inc (dba NewWebMart.com).   By using this site you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms do not use this site. If you purchase products or use the website in any way, you are bound by these terms.

   

2. CANCELLING ORDERS

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail at service@newwebmart.com  referencing the order number. We can cancel most orders until it has been processed prior to shipping. Our usual processing time for most in stock items may only be a few hours, so the sooner you contact us, the more likely we’ll be able to cancel the order before it ships to you.

 

There are certain conditions under which we reserve the right to cancel an order. You will be notified via e-mail if your order has been cancelled and we will offer alternative options, if those options are available.

Conditions when your order may be cancelled:

• Item has been discontinued and is no longer available, or, at the time of order, is not in stock at our network distribution    
• An item pricing or shipping cost error occurred due to system failure and we are unable to honor the erroneous price/cost.
• We have requested additional information required for your order to be completed, and it was not provided
• If there are export control issues, i.e. the item you are ordering cannot be shipped to your country due to various due to Government Regulations. 

3. RETURNS

 

You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. 

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain the RMA number, please e-mail your request at  service@newwebmart.com with your order number and item information.

 

NewWebMart.com does not charge restocking fees for most items sent back within 30 days of receipt. Restocking fees are waived for items that are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and accessories, including warranty cards, manuals, software, cables and/or other supporting materials and accessories. Please note that NewWebMart.com reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee for returns missing anything from original contents or not in original condition.

 

NewWebMart.com reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-sellable condition. Due to their nature some items such as cut product (wire, heat shrink and tubing) and software are non-returnable.

 

No freight collect or COD returns are accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping charges on returned goods are non-refundable. Refunds for overpayment or returned items must be requested by the customer within 6 months of the order or return.

DO NOT SHIP RETURNS TO OUR CORPORATE ADDRESS , unless you were advised so by our RMA Department. If unauthorized return is received additional shipping cost to redirect it to our warehouse will be debited.

 

4. ORDERING

 

Orders are periodically downloaded throughout the day. All orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a National holiday will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping and Delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot be held responsible for delays.

 

We make every effort to ship your order the same day we receive it as long as it has been placed by 2:00PM Eastern Time. All orders received after this cut-off time cannot be guaranteed to be shipped the same day, and will ship the next business day.

 

Shipping charges are based upon the weight, package size, value of the order and the service requested. Handling fees are also included in Shipping Charges. To calculate shipping charges before placing an order: click on the product description; once on a product page, click Get shipping cost link; enter item quantity and shipping address zip code in the Get shipping cost pop-up window; click GO button, and your shipping charge will be displayed.

 

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges on all orders are non-refundable.

 

Unless otherwise requested we ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS services. Normally, orders are received within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that the freight time may take longer during Holiday Season.

 

Please note the following:

• We ship UPS/FedEx/USPS to USA and Canada, except APOs and FPOs. 
• UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
• The Ship Day, Weekends and Holidays do not count as a business days.
• Attention Canadian Shipments. Brokerage, customs, duties and import fees are not included in the shipping cost.

We ship to most of the international locations outside of United States. However, we would recommend contacting us via e-mail to service@newwebmart.com or use the Contact us  form prior placing your order for exact shipping information to your international destination .

Prices are subject to change without notice. NewWebMart.com is not responsible for typographical or printing errors or omissions. Photos are a pictorial representation only, may not be exact product. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to defective, or improper use of products.

 

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. NewWebMart.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all.

 

8. MARKETING AND ORDER COMMUNICATION

 

When you place an order with NewWebMart.com, you agree that we have collected your e-mail address for the sole purposes of communicating order status with you and sending you occasional e-mail about product promotions or special offerings. All promotional e-mail's have the ability to unsubscribe if you decide you do not want to receive this type of information. As per our privacy policy, we never give out or sell your information to any third party. Your information stays with us securely and will not be sold.

NewWebMart.com may at any time, without prior notice, revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. By using this site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.
