New Webmart :: Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain the RMA number, please e-mail your request to sales@newwebmart.com or use the Contact us form with your order number and item information.

Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.
Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a shipping carton.
Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
Any blister packed items, products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition .
Special Order items may not be returned.
Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
Cut product (wire, heat shrink and tubing) are non-returnable.
Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Please note we do not accept returns on International purchases at this time.

NewWebMart.com does not charge restocking fees for most items sent back within 30 days of receipt. Restocking fees are waived for items that are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and accessories, including warranty cards, manuals, software, cables and/or other supporting materials and accessories. Please note that NewWebMart.com reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee for returns missing anything from original contents or not in original condition.

NewWebMart.com reserves the right to refuse any returns received in non-sellable condition.

Returns must be received within 14 calendar days after receiving an RMA number.

No freight collect or COD returns are accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper.

Refunds for overpayment or returned items must be requested by the customer within 6 months of the order or return.

DO NOT SHIP RETURNS TO OUR CORPORATE ADDRESS , unless you were advised so by our RMA Department. If unauthorized return is received additional shipping cost to redirect it to our warehouse will be debited.
