FAQ

Is ordering online safe?
Yes! Our website is housed on a secured server. Therefore, all of your information is sent into an encrypted file that only we have access to. This file can only be retrieved by our customer service representatives under secure conditions. Once you are into the Shopping Cart section a little lock will appear in your browser indicating the site is secure.

Searching for Items
We have provided a very powerful search engine that will allow you to look up any WBART part in a number of ways. Just type what you are looking for and our search engine will show any items that match. Search by NEW WEB MART part number, manufacturer, manufacturer part number, or description (or any part of) and our search engine will bring up any matches available.
Category Search
This section will show you a list of categories that are available. This allows you a faster search for the item(s) in question. Some categories have sub-categories. Just click on the category that you are interested in. If there is a subcategory, the subcategories will appear. Then just click on the subcategory that you are interested in and the results will follow.   
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
NEW WEB MART accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards. You also may use PayPal account or Google Checkout. 

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping prices listed on our website are estimates only. Some items may not be shipped using standard UPS or USPS shipping. Actual shipping costs may vary and will be shown on your final invoice accompanied with your order.

Can you ship my order internationally?
Because of the higher expense of shipping products internationally, we require that all international orders meet a $50 minimum. If your order meets this requirement, our expert shipping department has the capability to ship just about anywhere in the world. View our shipping policies to see how to ship internationally.

What about returns?
Items may be returned for credit or refund at our discretion within 30 days of delivery. All returns must have an RMA#. Please e-mail us at service@newwebmart.com 
with your order number and item information. We will provide the Return Merchandise Authorization number. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Restocking fees are waived for items that are returned new, unused and with all original packaging and accessories, including warranty cards, manuals, software, cables and/or other supporting materials and accessories. Please note that NewWebMart.com reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee for returns missing anything from original contents or not in original condition. Returns without an invoice or RMA# are subject to delayed processing and the 20% restocking fee. Due to their nature some items such as kits, cut or measured product (wire, heat shrink and tubing) and software are non- returnable. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. No freight collect or COD returns accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping charges on returned goods are non-refundable. Refunds for overpayment or returned items must be requested by the customer within 6 months of the order or return. What is a shopping cart?
Our shopping cart is a tool to make your shopping easier. It saves your selections so you can still browse around our site and look for other items without losing the items you have placed in the shopping cart. You can look at your shopping cart from just about anywhere on the site and see what is in it. To look at your shopping cart, just click on the shopping cart icon at the top of page.

Is there a minimum order?
In order for NEW WEB MART to keep our prices so low we must require a $10 minimum order . This total is for product only, before shipping and handling.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Once you have found the item you are looking for, just click on the "Add to Bag" icon that is just below the description or title of the item. This will take you the "shopping cart Contents" page.

What if I lose my password?
There is Recover password link
. Click on that link. You will then be asked to enter the email address associated with your online account. A new password will be emailed to you. You must then login with that password. At that point you can change the password to one that you will remember. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.

Can I change the number of items I have ordered?
Yes, once you have added an item to the shopping cart you can change the number requested by clicking on the "shopping cart" button at the top of the page. This will bring up your shopping cart; just change the quantity ordered on the appropriate item and click on the "Update Cart" button. If you do not click on the "Update Cart" icon, the changes you have requested will not be recorded.

Can I delete an item once I have added it to my shopping cart?
Yes, once you have added an item to the shopping cart you can delete the item requested by clicking on the shopping cart icon. This will bring up your shopping cart. To delete the item from your shopping cart, click the "Remove" box and then click on the "Update Cart" icon. If you do not click on the "Update Cart" icon, the changes you have requested will not be recorded.

How is sales tax calculated on orders?
Sales tax is added to all orders delivered in IL based on the appropriate rate of sales tax.

How do I place an order?
Once you have finished adding all the items you are interested in to the shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button within the shopping cart page. This will take you to the order page. You have two options once you have reached the "Your Order" page.
Option 1. Login to the NEW WEB MART website. If you have already registered your account online, you may click this button and it will allow you to log on. After logging on you will be prompted to continue with your e-commerce. Your information will now automatically be filled in.
Option 2. Register a new account. If you have not registered an account online, you can input your shipping, billing, and credit card information. This information is stored on our secure server and makes the order process easier for future purchases. After registering, your information will automatically be filled in.
Option 3. Go directly to checkout without registering for an account. No information you key in is saved on site. However with this option you will not be able to track your purchase history, or your order status.

Please note that the fields with the asterisk (*) must be filled to continue. When you have finished filling out the account information page, click on the "continue" button at the bottom of the page.

The next screen will be the shopping cart order summary. In this screen you will be able to view the items that you are purchasing, in addition to shipping information. The shipping method defaults to UPS ground. If you prefer a different shipping method please select the appropriate shipping method by clicking on the button to the right of the shipping method you desire. After completing your review of the shopping cart order summary, click on the "Step 2 of 4" button at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to the sales order summary screen. This screen will show you your completed order with an estimated shipping cost (if available) and estimated order total. Click the "Step 3 of 4" button to proceed with the checkout. This screen verifies the billing information and allows you to add any comments or questions you have about your order. Once you have verified the information as correct, click the "continue" button to place your order. Once you proceed to step 4, you have accepted the order and have officially placed the order . This screen lists the products you ordered and the estimated total. We recommend printing this page out for your records. There will be a sales order number at the top of this page; if you have any problems with your order, you may refer to this number. After completing the order, an e-mail will automatically be sent to you confirming your order.
Canceling Orders
If you would like to cancel an order please e-mail us at service@newwebmart.com and let us know. We can cancel your order manually. Cancellations must be received within 2 hours of the original order.
